Laxmi Organic Industries Limited, incorporated in 1989 and headquartered in India with 11 offices domestically, is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals including Ethyl Acetate, Acetic Acid, Diketene Derivative Products (DDP), acetyl intermediates, and specialty intermediates. The company operates across industries such as specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, paints, and packaging. It maintains four manufacturing sites in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Laxmi Organic is the largest manufacturer of Ethyl Acetate in India and the third largest globally excluding China, as well as the largest manufacturer of Diketene derivatives in India and among the top five worldwide. The company has acquired the technology and business of Diketene derivatives from Clariant Chemicals India Limited. Its business operations span over 30 to more than 55 countries according to different sources.
